Nidhi is an Athlete, Fitness Coach, Martial Artist, American Football Player, and Certified Yoga Teacher — a multi-skilled powerhouse who knows how to build strength of the body, mind, and spirit.
Coming from Rajasthan, a deeply traditional society where women often live behind veils, choosing sports was not a simple decision. For a girl raised in such an environment, stepping into the world of athletics, fitness, and martial arts wasn’t just a career move —
it was a revolutionary act of courage.
Nidhi became the first girl from her village to enter the sports and fitness industry, breaking stereotypes with every step.
Her journey from Rajasthan to Chandigarh has been filled with challenges, adventures, life-changing incidents, trauma, and moments that could break anyone. Yet each time, Nidhi stood back up — stronger, sharper, and more unshakeable than before.
Today, her confidence and discipline are an inspiration in themselves.
