THE BEGINNING — A Childhood of Struggle
Nitin’s journey started 31 years ago, not in comfort or privilege, but in hardship.
Due to painful circumstances at home, he left his house at a very young age and stepped into the world alone.
To survive, he worked wherever life pushed him:
Crushed sugarcane at a roadside stall
Sold bulbs on streets
Delivered parcels as a courier boy
Worked as a peon in a bank
Every job taught him humility, responsibility, and a fire to rewrite his destiny.
THE TURNING POINT — Becoming RJ NITINN
Life changed the day he joined RJ Simran’s Academy of Radio Management.
Soon after, out of 13,000 applicants, he was selected by Radio Mirchi as “Mirchi Munda.”
That moment was the spark that began his rise.
For two years, he ruled the airwaves, built his identity, and won the hearts of listeners.
A TV Channel, Space Television (Noida), selected him as a food show anchor.
Destiny then took him to the UAE, where he worked as:
Event Manager at Ice-Land Waterpark
Music Manager at Radio Mirchi 98.3 UAE, Abu Dhabi
A voice-over artist for multiple UAE radio stations
Behind the name “RJ NITINN” is a man shaped by struggle and strengthened by discipline.
THE MOST BEAUTIFUL CHAPTER — Family
In 2011, he met the love of his life, RINKY SHARMA — his pillar of strength.
In 2015, he was blessed with a daughter, DIVA SHARMA, who completes his world.
He says,
“Without them, I am zero — khali.”
THE VISION — Changing Children’s Lives
In 2012, while returning to India with his hard-earned savings, he had one promise in his heart:
“If I suffered in childhood, no child around me should feel the same.”
With this mission, he opened his first preschool:
